Attitude reflects leadership

If everyone’s attitude in the kitchen’s attitude stinks then it’s because of leadership. We all have those people in the kitchen that say ‘I’m tired’ or ‘I’m just over it’ or even ‘I don’t care’. But this is a reflection of the leadership, this is when the leader needs to set goals, or challenges for chefs, keep them busy or even interested. Menu fatigue is usually a big reason, sick of doing the same menu day in and day out, it’s tiring. Or even a rotation of sections works well, but the moral is, keep it interesting, be a leader.
